Regional Agreements are the result of the need of the Regions to get the local units financially balanced delivering financial deals aimed at discounting credits and thus speed-up payments to the suppliers.
A resolution listing the main points of the agreement states that the Region is ready to set-up such agreements.
Structure of the Regional Agreements
Farmafactoring undersigns the Frame Agreement with the Region as per the resolution, defining a schedule of payments of principal and sometimes of interests, in case of late payments.
Local NHS units and hospitals deliver a credit certification and undersign transaction acts provided that the creditor refrains from legal actions.
Regional Agreements represent the most considerable valued-added service for Farmafactoring: they provide for payments in a short and definite time, both of principal and agreed interests.
Farmafactoring closed several agreements with the Regions over the years:
2003 Marche, Lazio and Puglia
2004 Lazio, Abruzzo
2005 Lazio, Abruzzo and Calabria
2006 Lazio, Abruzzo, Piemonte and Toscana
2007 Campania and Sicilia
2008 Campania and Lazio
2009 Campania and Lazio
2010 Campania and Lazio
