Regional Agreements are the result of the need of the Regions to get the local units financially balanced delivering financial deals aimed at discounting credits and thus speed-up payments to the suppliers.
A resolution listing the main points of the agreement states that the Region is ready to set-up such agreements.

Structure of the Regional Agreements

Farmafactoring undersigns the Frame Agreement with the Region as per the resolution, defining a schedule of payments of principal and sometimes of interests, in case of late payments.
Local NHS units and hospitals deliver a credit certification and undersign transaction acts provided that the creditor refrains from legal actions.
