The Legislative Decree 231/2001 has introduced a complex and revolutionary penalty system foreshadowing some forms of responsibility of the institutions for the offences committed in their interest and at their advantage by subjects that hold an applicable position in the structure of the institution, in other words, subjects submitted to their supervision.

Code of Ethics
Within the initiatives that have to be realised in order to respect the Legislative Decree (Organisational and control Model 231) the Board of Directors has adopted Farmafactoring Code of Ethics. It, requires without any exception, every exponent and freelance of the company that are the receivers of the rules contained in the Code, to maintain a conduct in line with the principles present in the Code.
With this corporate Code of Ethics Farmafactoring wants to formally adopt some principles of conduct, legality, congruity, transparency, and verification. In doing so, Farmafactoring will demonstrate itself to be a responsible and reliable company which is essisential for it's success and for promoting agood public image.
