Health Care has to face the increasing problem of rationalizing it's effort with the resources available in a situation where the need for a better health care system and life quality needs are vital issues that have to be met. In order to examine the current changes, Farmafactoring has promoted, with CeRGAS-Bocconi University aid, research on the Health subject, whose results will be presented and discussed in the today's meeting, focusing the attention on the past operations and in particular on the contradictions and weaknesses emerged during the approval of the 2003 Finance Act.
