DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller shall be Farmafactoring S.p.A., whose registered office is in via Domenichino n. 5, 20149 Milan (Italy).


LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING

All processing operations related to the web services of this website shall take place in the above mentioned registered office of Farmafactoring S.p.A. and shall be carried out exclusively by technical employees in charge of the processing, or, if any, by people in charge of occasional maintenance operations.


TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

Navigation Data

IT systems and software procedures for the functioning of this website shall collect, as a normal part of their activity, some personal data whose submission is implicit when using Internet communication protocols.
This information shall not be gathered in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but may allow the users' identification by virtue of its very nature, through elaboration and association with data owned by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by the users who access the website, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) reference of requested resources, time of request, method used in submitting the request to the server, size of the file retrieved, numeric code identifying the status of the response given by the server (done, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operative system and IT environment.
This data shall be used for the sole purpose of gathering anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and in order to monitor its proper functioning, and it shall be canceled immediately after elaboration and in any case after no more than seven days from the collection. Data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of IT crime, if any, damaging the website.


Data voluntarily submitted by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of personal data by the user to the email addresses or in the registration form contained in this website shall imply the subsequent collection of the sender's email address, which is needed to respond to the request, as well as other personal data, if any, included in the request. Such data shall be processed by Farmafactoring S.p.A., primarily by means of computing systems, for the sole purpose of following up the user's request (e.g. information request and/or submission of resume).


COOKIES
No personal data shall be gathered by the website.
No cookies shall be used to submit personal information, nor so called persistent cookies of any kind, nor any system to track the users.
The use of so called session cookies (which are not persistently stored in the user's computer and disappear when closing the browser) shall be strictly limited to the submission of session IDs (comprising random numbers generated by the server), needed to allow a safe and efficient website navigation.
The so-called session cookies used in this website avoid the use of other computing techniques which may compromise the privacy of the users' navigation and do not allow the collection of personal data for the identification of the users.
In any case, if the users do not want to receive any kind of cookie on their computer, neither from the website of Farmafactoring S.p.A. nor from other websites, they may upgrade their browser's privacy protection through the provided functions.
Farmafactoring S.p.A. kindly reminds that, pursuant to section 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree n.196 of 30th June 2003, users have the right to ask at any moment for the erasure of information gathered through cookies.


OPTIONAL SUBMISSION OF DATA

Without prejudice to what is set forth above about navigation data, users shall be free to submit their own personal data. However, failure to submit it may cause impossibility to obtain what is requested.


METHODS OF THE PROCESSING

Personal data shall be processed thorough automated tools for the time strictly needed to achieve the purposes for which it was gathered.
Specific security measures have been taken in order to avoid data loss, unlawful or improper use and unauthorized access. Farmafactoring S.p.A. has adopted all basic security measures provided for by the law. Farmafactoring S.p.A. has also taken further security measures, based on major International standards, in order to minimize risks related to privacy, availability and integrity of collected and processed personal data.


SHARING, COMMUNICATING AND DISCLOSING OF THE DATA

Collected data may be transferred or communicated to other companies controlled by or related to Farmafactoring S.p.A. for activities which are strictly connected to and instrumental in operating the service, such as the management of the software, or for processes carried out by other companies of the group with the same purpose.
Personal data given by the users who submit requests of informative material (leaflets, information sheets and so on) shall be used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or the performance requested and shall be disclosed to third parties only when strictly needed for this purpose (companies which operate in labeling, packaging and shipping services).

Except for the above mentioned cases, data shall not be communicated, nor disclosed to anyone, without prejudice to any contractual provision or authorization from the data subjects. In this case, data may be transferred to third parties, but only if:

• there is an explicit authorization to share data with third parties;
• there is the need to share the information with third parties in order to supply the service requested;
• this is needed to fulfill requests from judicial or public safety Authorities.

No data deriving from the web service shall be disclosed.

DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS
Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists and to learn its content and source, verify its accuracy or ask for integration, updating or rectification (as per section 7 of the Legislative Decree n.196 of 30th June 2003).
Pursuant to this section, users have the right to ask for erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, as well as to object in any case, on legitimate grounds, to its processing.


AMENDMENTS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Farmafactoring S.p.A. periodically reviews the content of this document in connection with amendments to existing rules, organizational changes or technological development.
