Without recourse Factoring

The assignment of credit without recourse provides for the transfer of the credit ownership from the customer to the Factor on receipt of the definitive consideration.

Receivers
Companies that claim credits to the Public Administration and in particular to the Bodies of the National Health-care System (Local Health Entities, Hospitals).

Characteristics of the assigned receivables
Trade credits coming from goods and/or services provisions that normally have lengthy times of payment.

Advantages obtained from the transaction for the customer
The assignment of credit without-recourse is a very complex operation, different from financing operations, that has different fundamental aspects:

  • elimination of the solvency risk for the customer;
  • certainty of the assignment cost of the credit;
  • planning of financial flows;
  • development of "budget ratios";
  • development of the investment ability of liquidities produced.

Assignment process Farmafactoring evaluates the borrower's invoices presented by the customer company and it makes a Business Proposal after a loan origination.
After having accepted the economic offer, contracts are formalized and credits are assigned through an official act or a certified private agreement. At last the purchased credit is effected.
In purchasing without recourse, Farmafacoring is compatible with the international accounting principles (IAS).
