Statement of Managing Complaints


The Supervisory Instructions of the Bank of Italy issued on July 29, 2009 as amended by the regulation of the Governor on February 9, 2011 regarding the "Transparency of banking and financial services transactions" and the regulation of the Bank of Italy issued on June 20, 2012, require the preparation of an annual report on the activity for the management of complaints relating to banking and financial services transactions.
The management of complaints is considered by Farmafactoring S.p.A. with great relief because highlights the reports from customers regarding any critical delivery of services provided, with positive effects on mitigation of reputational risk and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
